Instant Orders

Please be aware that for instant orders, we do not provide refunds. Once an instant order is processed, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued, except in cases where there is a technical issue or an error on our part in delivering the order.

We are dedicated to ensuring the quality of our services. If you encounter any issues with an instant order due to a technical problem or an error on our part, please contact us, and we will promptly address and resolve the issue.

Subscriptions

If a customer wishes to cancel their paid subscription, they can do so by accessing the "My Account" button in our Members Area. If they experience any issues, they can contact us through our "Contact Us" page, and we will assist them promptly.

In the case of eligible refund requests, we ask that the customer contact our Customer Service Department within 2 days of the purchase date. Non-delivery of the product/service or a product/service not-as-described should be reported within this time frame, and the customer must provide clear evidence.

If a customer wishes to cancel their recurring payment they can. However, in any case refund is not eligible for non physical items, and their subscription will be cancelled for all future billing.
